Newly renovated. Staff was friendly and helpful.
From the outside the motel looks old, but my room was shockingly nothing like the outside. The furniture was new and modern ergo. The room had a chair with foot rest and side table, soft bed, desk and chair, a dresser, bed side dresser, flat screen tv with several channels, mini frig, new clean microwave, full modern vanity and linen rack. The room was freshly painted vibrant shades. New tile floors and modern tiled bathroom. Stayed 3 days and I wish I would have spent my entire stay in the area at this motel. It is affordable and had easy access to the highways. The pool was very clean too.
The included breakfast bar contained four cereals, OJ, Apple Juice, fresh fruit, Yogurt, milk, bagels, English muffins, blue berry muffins, several types of breads and bake goods. It’s was very similar to breakfast bars at non-airport chain hotels.
Overflow parking is on 2nd st. In the early evening there are freight trains about four blocks away, wasn’t really that loud unless your at the pool. Bottom floor rooms can hear some foot traffic of the room above, but about average with motels with this layout.
